About Deborah

Deborah Janz is a strategic intelligence consultant who works with senior leadership teams to understand where institutional values, promises, and lived experience fall out of alignment, and what that misalignment requires leaders to decide.
With decades of experience across corporate and educational contexts, Deborah has supported leaders through moments of pressure, change, and uncertainty, when decisions must be made with incomplete information and competing voices. Her work brings clarity to complex situations by surfacing patterns leaders may sense but do not yet have the evidence or language to act on.
Deborah’s background includes senior-level sales and marketing leadership, business ownership, and extensive experience in group facilitation and organizational development. She is known for translating perception data and stakeholder insight into leadership-level implications, helping heads of school and boards move out of reaction and into informed, confident decision-making.
Her approach combines rigorous inquiry with discretion and care. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, Deborah helps leadership teams confront what is actually true in their context, so strategy, culture, and trust can be addressed together.
Deborah is the founder of
Human to Human Solutions and serves clients internationally. She is also a
TEC Chair, where she works with business owners on leadership development and executive decision-making.
