As a former TEC member, I experienced the power of collaboration and accountability a peer advisory group and executive coaching provided me as a CEO of an international company.
I believe that meaningful conversations can have a profound impact on the lives of individuals and organizations.
I have facilitated conversations with non-profit boards, senior leadership teams, and other professionals throughout my career and now have the privilege of supporting leaders in the Fraser Valley through my work with TEC Canada.
Leadership can be lonely and pressure-filled. Through TEC, I'm able to provide a confidential space for leaders to be heard and accelerate their professional and organizational growth.
